What is covered under the extended warranty?

• Makerbot Method X hardware parts and labour.
• Extended Warranty customers receive priority over standard service/repair bookings

Period of warranty

All products are supplied with the appropriate statutory warranty. To secure additional cover, the purchase must be made before the end of the initial warranty (12 months for Business customers and 30 days for Consumer customers). There are two options:

a) Additional 12 months Warranty – On-site Service Contract
b) Additional 24 months Warranty – On-site Service Contract

Activating warranty claim

To activate your Extended Warranty, simply contact Laser Lines Ltd quoting your printer’s unique Serial Number.
