3D Printer troubles? No problem! We know that sometimes 3D printers, like all machines, can run into problems and require some maintenance work. We offer our customers 3D Printer Servicing and repairs – giving you full access to our engineers, whether it be on-site repairs or a swap-out printer being sent to you whilst we repair your 3D printer.
Over the past 5 years we have repaired a variety of brands including Creality, Flashforge, Anycubic, Makerbot, Snapmaker, Ultimaker, Artillery, Prusa, Dremel and many more.

Our engineers are trained to support all hardware that we sell, but if you have a 3D printer that we do not sell, please feel free to get in touch and we will see how we can help.
We have two 3D Printer Repair options available:
On-Site Repair
- Price
£90 p/hr (ex. travel time)
Workshop Repair
- Price
£60 p/hr
Please note – if you require a workshop repair, you will need to either send or drop the machine to our workshop address: Ram Peripherals Ltd, 14 Lombard Road, Merton SW19 3TZ.
