Equipped with strain sensors, the heated bed of the K1 Max establishes a precise leveling network. The AI-LiDAR scanner measures millions of points across the print bed surface, ensuring accurate leveling. The printer autonomously combines data from both systems to compensate for any unevenness on the build plate.

AI-LiDAR for Optimal First Layer

With a resolution of 1 µm, the intelligent LiDAR scanner monitors the first layer and adjusts the flow rate accordingly. In the event of an error, the K1 Max halts the print and notifies the user via smartphone or PC.

Integrated AI Camera for Print Monitoring

The K1 Max features an integrated AI camera that continuously monitors the printing process in real time. It detects printing errors, foreign objects, and loose parts, alerting the user as necessary.
