Constructed from custom-made die-cast aluminum alloy and CNC-milled, the unibody frame of the K1 Max ensures high precision and stable printing behavior, even at high speeds.

The K1 Max employs a sturdy CoreXY structure paired with a lightweight printhead, weighing only 190 g. This design minimizes inertia and vibration, providing enhanced stability and enabling high-speed printing.

Manual and Fully Automatic Bed Leveling and Calibration

Equipped with strain sensors, the heated bed of the K1 Max establishes a precise leveling network. The AI-LiDAR scanner measures millions of points across the print bed surface, ensuring accurate leveling. The printer autonomously combines data from both systems to compensate for any unevenness on the build plate.

AI-LiDAR for Optimal First Layer

With a resolution of 1 µm, the intelligent LiDAR scanner monitors the first layer and adjusts the flow rate accordingly. In the event of an error, the K1 Max halts the print and notifies the user via smartphone or PC.

Integrated AI Camera for Print Monitoring

The K1 Max features an integrated AI camera that continuously monitors the printing process in real time. It detects printing errors, foreign objects, and loose parts, alerting the user as necessary. A time-lapse function also allows for the creation of captivating recordings to share with fellow 3D enthusiasts.

Real-Time Monitoring via PC or Smartphone

With a WLAN or LAN connection, users can track print progress remotely using a PC or smartphone. Multiple K1 Max printers can be connected online for batch production, maximizing efficiency and facilitating the duplication or grouping of prints.

Fine Textures Without Z-Wobbling

The precisely guided and consistently positioned Z-axis minimizes Z-banding, resulting in incredibly fine textures and eliminating layer offsets.

Flow Calibration Through LiDAR Monitoring

The K1 Max utilizes LiDAR technology to calibrate filament flow before printing, ensuring the correct amount of material is extruded. This eliminates issues such as gaps from insufficient extrusion or blobs from excess material.

 Built-in Air Purifier

The integrated air purifier effectively filters unpleasant odors and fine particles produced during printing, promoting a healthier workspace.
