Polymaker PolyFlex TPU 1.75mm (0.75kg) Flexible 3D Printing Filament

Polymaker PolyFlex TPU95 is a high-quality thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) filament designed for flexible, durable, and impact-resistant 3D printed parts. With a Shore hardness of 95A, PolyFlex TPU offers the ideal balance between elasticity and printability, making it one of the most reliable flexible filaments available for desktop FDM 3D printers.

Unlike many flexible materials that are difficult to handle, PolyFlex TPU95 is engineered for consistent extrusion and excellent layer adhesion. It can stretch several times its original length without breaking, while maintaining strong resistance to wear, abrasion, and repeated bending.

Reliable Flexible Printing Performance

PolyFlex TPU95 is specifically formulated to print smoothly on most modern 3D printers. Its optimized flexibility allows it to feed more reliably than softer elastomers while still delivering the rubber-like performance required for functional parts.

The material bonds strongly between layers, producing parts that are tough, durable, and resistant to tearing. This makes it ideal for mechanical applications where both flexibility and strength are required.

Ideal for Functional and Flexible Applications

PolyFlex TPU is widely used for printing parts that require elasticity, shock absorption, or vibration resistance. The filament’s abrasion resistance and durability make it suitable for both consumer products and industrial prototyping.

Typical applications include phone cases, gaskets, seals, wearable components, protective covers, cable strain reliefs, anti-slip pads, and flexible hinges.

Designed for Easy Printing

Compared with softer TPU and TPE filaments, PolyFlex TPU95 offers significantly improved print stability. It performs well on direct drive printers and can also be used on many Bowden-style systems with appropriate speed adjustments.

The filament prints best at temperatures between 210°C and 230°C with moderate print speeds, delivering smooth surfaces and reliable layer adhesion.

Consistent Quality from Polymaker

Polymaker is a globally recognised manufacturer of advanced 3D printing materials. Each spool of PolyFlex TPU is manufactured with tight diameter tolerances to ensure consistent feeding, reliable extrusion, and professional-quality prints.

The 0.75kg spool is ideal for both prototyping and production runs, offering high-performance flexible material suitable for hobbyists, engineers, and professional makers.
