• Heat Treatable: Unlike regular PLA, HTPLA V3 can be heat-treated for enhanced temperature stability. It can endure temperatures up to 250°C (or more), making it suitable for parts that will be exposed to heat in real-world applications.

• Improved Flow & Adhesion: This filament offers consistent flow and excellent adhesion between layers, reducing the likelihood of clogs and failed prints compared to everyday PLA. It also absorbs less moisture, ensuring better prints and higher printing temperature capabilities.

• Environmentally Friendly: Like standard PLA, HTPLA V3 is bio-renewable with lower outgassing, but it is packaged with locally sourced materials in recyclable cardboard spools, minimizing environmental impact.

• Easy to Print: HTPLA V3 prints at 200°C or less for everyday uses, with exceptional mechanical properties achieved at higher temperatures. A heated bed is optional, but beneficial for larger parts.

• Heat Treatment Process: After printing, HTPLA V3 can be heat-treated in an oven at 110°C +/- 10°C to significantly improve stiffness and thermal stability. The process offers up to 3x improvement in thermal performance compared to untreated PLA.

• Printing Temperature: 215°C - 225°C
• Bed Temperature: 25°C - 60°C
• Printing Speed: 30mm/s - 40mm/s
• Retraction Distance: 1mm (Direct Drive), 3mm (Indirect Drive)
• Drying: 80°C for 12 hours (if material absorbs moisture)
