The Prusa Pro HT90 is a professional high-temperature CoreXY 3D printer engineered for demanding industrial applications. Designed for precision, speed, and advanced material compatibility, it delivers reliable performance for engineering, manufacturing, and production environments.
The HT90 is built to handle high-performance polymers, including PEEK, PEI (Ultem), and other industrial-grade materials. With a maximum nozzle temperature of up to 500°C and a heated chamber reaching up to 90°C, it ensures strong layer adhesion and reduced warping for functional parts.
Powered by a CoreXY motion system and advanced firmware features such as Input Shaper and Pressure Advance, the HT90 delivers fast, accurate, and stable printing. This enables efficient production without sacrificing quality.
The printer features a 32-bit Duet control board running Klipper, with connectivity via Ethernet and Wi-Fi. A built-in camera and chamber lighting allow for real-time monitoring of prints.
The HT90 supports a wide range of materials, from standard filaments to high-temperature engineering plastics and fibre-filled composites. This makes it suitable for both prototyping and end-use part production.
