Professional 60W MOPA Fibre Laser

The xTool F2 Ultra (Single) Standalone combines a powerful 60W MOPA fibre laser with an enclosed desktop design for professional metal processing. This single-laser configuration is focused on users who primarily work with metal materials and do not require the additional 40W diode laser included with the dual-laser F2 Ultra.

High-Speed Metal Engraving

With a maximum working speed of 10,000 mm/s, the F2 Ultra (Single) is built for fast and efficient engraving. The high-speed motion system makes it suitable for individual products, repeat jobs and professional production workflows.

Fine 0.03 × 0.03 mm Laser Spot

The 60W MOPA fibre laser produces a fine 0.03 × 0.03 mm laser spot, helping create sharp lines, detailed graphics, small text, logos and intricate markings on suitable materials.

Designed for Metal Processing

The F2 Ultra (Single) is designed primarily for metal applications. The 60W MOPA fibre laser can engrave materials including stainless steel, aluminium, brass, silver, platinum, titanium and gold, making it suitable for industrial marking, personalised products, jewellery, tools, components and signage.

Deep Engraving and Metal Cutting

The 60W MOPA fibre laser provides the power required for demanding metal applications. Under suitable conditions, xTool specifies cutting capabilities of up to 2 mm brass, 2 mm stainless steel and 1 mm aluminium. Actual results depend on material type, thickness, laser settings and processing conditions.

220 × 220 mm Work Area

The standard processing area measures 220 × 220 mm, providing a practical workspace for products, components, plates, tools and personalised items. With the optional conveyor, the working area can be extended to 220 × 500 mm for longer workpieces and production applications.

16MP Smart Camera

An integrated 16MP smart camera provides camera-assisted positioning and preview functions. This helps users align artwork with workpieces more easily and simplifies the setup of repeat engraving jobs.

Autofocus for Easier Setup

The F2 Ultra (Single) features autofocus to help establish the appropriate processing position before engraving. This makes machine setup quicker and more convenient across different workpieces.

Professional Metal Engraving Applications

The xTool F2 Ultra (Single) Standalone is suited to businesses, workshops, manufacturers, makers and professional engravers producing logos, serial numbers, identification marks, personalised metal products, jewellery, tools, components and decorative designs.

Standalone Single-Laser Configuration

This version includes the 60W MOPA fibre laser only. Choosing the single-laser configuration makes it particularly suitable for users whose primary requirement is professional metal engraving and processing, without paying for the additional 40W diode laser found in the dual-laser F2 Ultra.
