Professional 60W MOPA Fibre Laser

The xTool F2 Ultra Standalone combines a powerful 60W MOPA fibre laser with a compact enclosed design, providing the performance required for professional metal engraving and marking applications. Unlike the dual-laser F2 Ultra, the Standalone model uses a single 60W MOPA fibre laser and is focused primarily on metal processing.

Designed for Metal Engraving

The 1064 nm infrared MOPA laser is designed for processing a wide range of metals, including stainless steel, aluminium, brass, titanium, gold and silver. It can be used for detailed logos, serial numbers, identification marks, personalised products, industrial components and decorative designs.

High-Speed Laser Processing

With a maximum processing speed of up to 10,000 mm/s, the xTool F2 Ultra Standalone is designed for efficient production environments where processing speed and repeatability are important. The high-speed motion system is suitable for both individual projects and higher-volume engraving workflows.

Fine 0.03 × 0.03 mm Laser Spot

The 60W MOPA laser produces a fine laser spot of approximately 0.03 × 0.03 mm, helping deliver sharp lines, detailed graphics and precise engraving. This makes the F2 Ultra Standalone suitable for intricate markings, small text, logos and detailed metal artwork.

220 × 220 mm Work Area

The standard processing area measures 220 × 220 mm, providing a practical workspace for products, components, plates, tags, tools and other workpieces. With the optional conveyor system, the processing area can be extended to 220 × 500 mm for longer workpieces and batch production.

Deep Engraving and Metal Cutting

The 60W MOPA fibre laser provides significantly greater processing capability than lower-powered fibre lasers. Under suitable settings and material conditions, the F2 Ultra Standalone can cut up to 2 mm brass, 2 mm stainless steel and 1 mm aluminium. Actual cutting results depend on the material, thickness, laser settings and number of passes.

Advanced MOPA Laser Technology

MOPA laser technology provides greater control over laser pulse characteristics than conventional fibre laser systems. This allows the F2 Ultra Standalone to produce a wider range of marking effects, including detailed surface marking and colour effects on suitable metals.
