The Catalyst V8e Laser Label Marking System uses innovative fiber-coupled laser diodes to create images on a special laser film (CLF) developed by Schreiner. This unique material is extremely resistant to environmental damage and abrasion, making it ideal for industrial laser labels. Unlike other systems that produce smoke and fumes when cutting, the Catalyst V8e uses a precise X/Y knife blade plotter, resulting in zero emissions and no need for noisy smoke extraction.

User-Friendly and Low Maintenance

Setting up and operating the Catalyst V8e is quick and easy, thanks to its self-installing driver and PrintHub™ for Windows. It also comes with BarTender® UltraLite label design software, with upgrade options available for more advanced features like database integration with SAP®, Oracle®, and other ERP systems. The system includes both USB 2.0 and Ethernet connectivity as standard.

Maintenance is straightforward, mainly involving keeping the interior free of dust from the cutting process. The laser diodes and fiber-optic couplers are built to last and can be replaced if necessary.
